# The Maintenance Orders (Backdating) Order 1993, Paragraph 7: Domestic Proceedings and Magistrates' Courts Act 1978


In section 20(9) of that Act (effective date of variation of orders for periodical payments), for the words “, not being” there shall be substituted “except that, subject to subsections (9A) and (9B) below, the date shall not be”.
