# The Maintenance Orders (Backdating) Order 1993, Paragraph 9: Domestic Proceedings and Magistrates' Courts Act 1978


In section 88 of that Act (interpretation), after the definition of “magistrates' court maintenance order” there shall be inserted—
““maintenance assessment” has the same meaning as it has in the Child Support Act 1991 by virtue of section 54 of that Act as read with any regulations in force under that section.”
