Insofar as the Order of 1959 provides that the Act of 1920 shall extend to the countries and territories specified in paragraph (2) below, that Order is hereby revoked, and accordingly the names of those countries and territories shall be omitted from the First Schedule to that Order.

The countries and territories referred to in paragraph (1) above are—

  • Anguilla

  • Falkland Islands and Dependencies

  • Isle of Man

  • Papua

  • St. Helena.
