  "text": "There shall be paid out of moneys provided by Parliament—\n(a) any sums ordered by a court under section 14(2) or 38(3) of this Act to be paid out of moneys so provided; and\n(b) any increase attributable to the provisions of this Act in the sums payable under the Legal Aid Act 1974 or the Legal Aid (Scotland) Act 1967 out of moneys so provided.",
