Article 1 Citation and Commencement

This Order may be cited as the Mallaig Harbour Revision (Constitution) Order 2012 and shall come into force on the day after the day on which it is made.

(2)

The Mallaig Harbour Acts and Orders 1968 to 1995 and this Order may be cited together as the Mallaig Harbour Acts and Orders 1968 to 2012.
