  "heading": "Disqualification of Members",
  "text": "If the Authority is satisfied that a member—\n(a) has without the permission of the Authority been absent from meetings of the Authority—\n(i) for a period during which four such meeting have been held; or\n(ii) for a period of four consecutive months;\nwhichever of these periods is the longer; or\n(b) has had an award of sequestration made against their estate; or\n(c) is incapacitated by physical or mental illness from discharging the functions of a Member; or\n(d) is otherwise unable, unwilling or unfit to discharge the functions of a Member,\nthe Authority may declare his or her office as a member to be vacant and thereupon his or her office shall become vacant.",
