  "long_title": "Section 1 of the Shops (Airports) Act 1962, as amended by section 70 of the Airports Act 1986, exempts traders at airports designated for the purposes of the Act as being airports at which there appears to the Secretary of State to be a substantial amount of international passenger traffic from the provisions of Parts Iand IV of the Shops Act 1950 (c. 28), which relate to hours of closingand Sunday trading. By this Order the Secretary of State designates Manston Airport as such an airport.",
