  "text": "Column 1\nColumn 2\nFactors\nQuestions\n1 The tasks\nDo they involve:\nholding or manipulating loads at distance from trunk?\nunsatisfactory bodily movement or posture, especially:\ntwisting the trunk?\nstooping?\nreaching upwards?\nexcessive movement of loads, especially:\nexcessive lifting or lowering distances?\nexcessive carrying distances?\nexcessive pushing or pulling of loads?\nrisk of sudden movement of loads?\nfrequent or prolonged physical effort?\ninsufficient rest or recovery periods?\na rate of work imposed by a process?\n2 The loads\nAre they:\nheavy?\nbulky or unwieldy?\ndifficult to grasp?\nunstable, or with contents likely to shift?\nsharp, hot or otherwise potentially damaging?\n3 The working environment\nAre there:\nspace constraints preventing good posture?\nuneven, slippery or unstable floors?\nvariations in level of floors or work surfaces?\nextremes of temperature or humidity?\nconditions causing ventilation problems or gusts of wind?\npoor lighting conditions?\n4 Individual capability\nDoes the job:\nrequire unusual strength, height, etc?\ncreate a hazard to those who might reasonably be considered to be pregnant or to have a health problem?\nrequire special information or training for its safe performance?\n5 Other factors\nIs movement or posture hindered by personal protective equipment or by clothing?",
