  "text": "(1) The relevant UK authority must make and carry out the agreement and arrangements for which Article 7(1) makes provision in relation to the requested authority, to the extent that this will promote the mutual assistance provided for in MARD.\n(2) This is subject to Articles 7(3) and 21(2).",
