# Marine Act (Northern Ireland) 2013, Section 45: Disapplication of requirement for consent to certain prosecutions


Section 3 of the Territorial Waters Jurisdiction Act 1878 (consents to prosecutions of certain offences committed on the open sea) does not apply to any proceedings for an offence under this Act.
