  "text": "(1) This section applies to any order made under section 137E or 137G.\n(2) The Department must send a copy of any order to which this section applies to the Secretary of State and to any person consulted under section 137F(2).\n(3) The Department must—\n(a) make a copy of any order to which this section applies available for inspection at such place as the Department thinks fit for that purpose at all reasonable hours without payment;\n(b) provide a copy of any such order to any person who requests one.",
