  "text": "(1) In sections 17 to 21 “agreement” means an agreement under section 14 or 15.\n(2) In this Chapter—\n“eligible body” has the meaning given by section 16;\n“local authority” means a local authority as defined in section 1(a) of the Local Government Act 2000 (c. 22);\n“marine function” has the meaning given by section 14.",
