omit “Union,”;

(b)

for “Article 17(2)(a) of Directive 2008/56/EC” substitute “regulations 10(2) and 11(4) of the Marine Strategy Regulations 2010”.

In paragraph 2—

(a)

for “are” substitute “is”;

(b)

omit “Union,”;

(c)

omit from “, on the condition that” to the end.
