(a)

in the first column, in the first row, omit from “, pursuant to” to “Decision (EU) 2016/1251” and footnote (15);

(b)

in the first column, in the second row, omit “Union legislation” and the brackets around the words in parenthesis which follow;

(c)

in the second column, in the second and fourth rows, for “by the relevant Member States under” substitute “under any enactment which gives effect to”;

(d)

in the third column, in the second row, in point (b) under “Use of criteria”, before “that Directive” insert “any enactment which gives effect to”;

(e)

in the third column, in the second row, for “at Union level”, in both places where it occurs, substitute “by the Secretary of State, in consultation with the devolved policy authorities”.
