Under the heading “Specifications and standardised methods for monitoring and assessment relating to theme ‘Species groups of marine birds, mammals, reptiles, fish and cephalopods’”, in paragraph 4—
(a) in the words before point (a), before “Directive 92/43/EEC” insert “any enactment giving effect to”;
(b) in points (a) and (b), before “Directive” insert “any enactment giving effect to”.
