Article 2 Persons or bodies to be consulted
The following are specified as bodies who must be consulted in relation to each application for a marine licence:—
(a)
the Commissioners of Northern Lighthouses;
(b)
the Maritime and Coastguard Agency;
(c)
the Scottish Environment Protection Agency; and
(d)
Scottish Natural Heritage.
