  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nSection 27(4) of the Marine (Scotland) Act 2010 provides that the Scottish Ministers must, in relation to each application for a marine licence under Part 4 of that Act, consult such persons or bodies as may be specified by order. This Order specifies persons and bodies for this purpose.",
