# The Marine Licensing (Exempted Activities) Order 2011, Article 14: Discharge etc of offshore chemicals and oil

Extent: E+W+S+NI

Article 4 applies to any activity in relation to which a permit is required under—
(a) the Offshore Chemicals Regulations 2002; or
(b) the Offshore Petroleum Activities (Oil Pollution Prevention and Control) Regulations 2005.
