  "heading": "Deposits in the course of normal navigation or maintenance",
  "text": "(1) Article 4 applies to a deposit from a vehicle, vessel, aircraft or marine structure in the course of its normal navigation or maintenance.\n(2) But article 4 does not apply—\n(a) to any such deposit made for the purpose of disposal; or\n(b) to any such deposit to the extent that it falls within item 10 or 21.",
