# The Marine Licensing (Exempted Activities) Order 2011, Article 22: Deposits in the course of normal navigation or maintenance

Extent: E+W+S+NI

(1) Article 4 applies to a deposit from a vehicle, vessel, aircraft or marine structure in the course of its normal navigation or maintenance.
(2) But article 4 does not apply—
(a) to any such deposit made for the purpose of disposal; or
(b) to any such deposit to the extent that it falls within item 10 or 21.
