# The Marine Licensing (Exempted Activities) (Wales) (Amendment) Order 2026, Article 12: Amendment of article 21


In article 21 (deposits in the course of normal navigation or maintenance), in paragraph (1), after “maintenance” insert “, or any related removal activity”.
