In article 18 (maintenance of coast protection, drainage and flood defence works), in paragraph (1)—

(a)

for “the Natural Resources Body for Wales or the Environment Agency” substitute “a Welsh risk management authority or a coast protection authority”;

(b)

omit sub-paragraph (b).
