# The Marine Licensing (Exempted Activities) (Wales) Order 2011, Article 46: Discharge of offshore chemicals and oil


—Article 4 applies to any activity in relation to which a permit is required under—
(a) The Offshore Chemicals Regulations 2002, or
(b) The Offshore Petroleum Activities (Oil Pollution Prevention and Control) Regulations 2005.
