# The Marine Navigation Act 2013 (Commencement) Order 2013, Article 3: Commencement of provisions on 1st October 2013


(1) 1st October 2013 is the appointed day for the coming into force of sections 1 to 6 of the Act, subject to paragraphs (2) and (3).
(2) On the appointed day sections 5 and 6 do not come into force in relation to fishery harbours in Wales.
(3) On the appointed day sections 1 to 6 do not come into force in Scotland.
