  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order brings into force the provisions of the Marine Navigation Act 2013 (“the Act”).\nOn 26th June 2013 sections 7 to 11 come into force.\nOn 1st October 2013 sections 1 to 6 come into force. However, sections 1 to 6 are not commenced by this Order in respect of Scotland, as the Act provides for the Scottish Ministers to commence those sections as respects Scotland and sections 5 and 6 are not commenced by this Order in relation to fishery harbours in Wales, as the Act provides for commencement in relation to such harbours by the Welsh Ministers.",
