  "heading": "The Scottish marine protection area",
  "text": "(1) For the purposes of this Act, the “Scottish marine protection area” means the Scottish marine area, excluding any waters upstream of the fresh-water limit of estuarial waters.\n(2) In this Part, “estuarial waters” means any waters within the limits of transitional waters, within the meaning of Directive 2000/60/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council establishing a framework for Community action in the field of water policy (as amended from time to time).",
