  "text": "Environmental Protection\nMarine Management\nMade 16th June 2010\nLaid before Parliament 22nd June 2010\nComing into force 15th July 2010\nThe Secretary of State is designated for the purposes of making Regulations under section 2(2) of the European Communities Act 1972 in relation to the environment.\nIt appears to the Secretary of State that it is expedient for any reference to Annex 1, 3, 4 or 5 of Directive 2008/56/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 17th June 2008 establishing a framework for Community action in the field of marine environmental policy to be construed as a reference to that Annex as amended from time to time.\nThe Secretary of State makes these Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by that section, and by paragraph (1A) of Schedule 2 to the European Communities Act 1972.",
