# The Marine Strategy Regulations 2010, Regulation 1: Citation, commencement and application

(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Marine Strategy Regulations 2010 and come into force on 15th July 2010.
(2) These Regulations apply only in relation to the marine strategy area.
