# The Marine Strategy Regulations 2010, Paragraph 11


In Article 17—
(a) in paragraph 3—
(i) omit “to the Commission,”;
(ii) omit “and to any other Member State concerned”;
(iii) for “Article 19(2)” substitute “regulation 18(7) of the Marine Strategy Regulations 2010”;
(b) omit paragraph 4.
