In section 19 (power of Secretary of State to require information)—

(a)

for the words “Secretary of State”, wherever they occur, there shall be substituted “Committee”;

(b)

in subsection (1) paragraph (b) shall be omitted, and for the word “his” there shall be substituted “its”;

(c)

in subsection (4) the words “to him” shall be omitted; and

(d)

in subsection (6) paragraph (a) shall be omitted; and in paragraph (b) the words “on conviction on indictment” shall be omitted.
