In section 31 (offences relating to enforcement notices)—

(a)

in subsections (1) and (3) paragraph (a) shall be omitted; and in paragraph (b) the words “on conviction on indictment” shall be omitted; and

(b)

in subsection (2) the words “on summary conviction” and “not exceeding one-tenth of level 5 on the standard scale” shall be omitted.
