Section 12 Financial limits

Where by reason of the number of grants already made by him under this Scheme the appropriate Minister is at any time of the opinion that the financial resources which he would otherwise make available under it should for a period be restricted he may decide that no further applications for grants under the said Scheme shall be accepted until a time subsequently specified by that Minister.

A decision or specification made under sub-paragraph (1) of this paragraph shall be published by notice in the London or Edinburgh Gazette, as appropriate.
