  "text": "The superintendent registrar shall not record a notice of marriage in the marriage register in a case where any of the following requirements is applicable but is not complied with—\n(a) a requirement imposed by or under any of the following provisions of this Act—\nsection 27A(2) or (3);\nsection 27A(3A);\nsection 27A(4);\nsection 27B(2);\nsection 27E(3) to (7);\nsection 27E(8);\nsection 28B(1);\nsection 28B(1A);\nsection 28C(4) or (6);\n(b) the requirement imposed by section 19(2) of the Asylum and Immigration (Treatment of Claimants, etc) Act 2004.",
