  "text": "Schedule (B) (form of declaration by party to intended marriage under that Act) shall apply to an intended marriage in pursuance of section 3 of this Act as it applies to an intended marriage under that Act, but as if the words from “and that we the above named” to “County of” (where first occurring) were omitted.",
