# The Marriage (Authorised Persons) (Amendment) Regulations 1974, Note: Explanatory note


These Regulations amend the Marriage (Authorised Persons) Regulations 1952 by substituting the words non-metropolitan county and metropolitan district for the words administrative county and county borough respectively.
