Regulation 1 Citation and commencement

(1)

These regulations may be cited as the Marriage (Authorised Persons) (Amendment) Regulations 1974 and shall come into operation on 1st April 1974.

(2)

These regulations, the marriage (Authorised Persons) Regulations 1952^f1, as amended^f2, and the Marriage (Authorised Persons) (Amendment) Regulations 1971^f3 shall be construed as one and may be cited together as the Marriage (Authorised Persons) Regulations 1952 to 1974.
