# The Marriage (Authorised Persons) (Amendment) Regulations 1974, Regulation 3: Amendment of the Marriage (Authorised Persons Regulations 1952 (as amended)


In regulations 10 and 3(1) of the Marriage (Authorised Persons) Regulations 1952 (as amended), for the words “administrative county, borough” there shall be substituted the words “non-metropolitan county, metropolitan district.”
