  "long_title": "These regulations make minor amendments to provisions of the Marriage (Authorised Persons) Regulations 1952 governing the completion of entries in marriage registers by authorised persons (authorised persons have responsibilities at religious marriages, other than those of the Church of England, the Quakers and the Jews, which are not attended by a registrar). Regulation 2 amends regulation 16 which is concerned with the completion of the entry relating to the age of the parties to a marriage and regulation 3 amends regulation 17, in particular to provide for the manner in which the marital condition is to be entered where the parties have previously been through a form of marriage with each other and that marriage was annulled, neither party having since married a third person.",
