  "text": "MARRIAGE\nMade 20th August 1986\nComing into Operation 1st October 1986\nThe Registrar General in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 74 of the Marriage Act 1949 and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, with the approval of the Secretary of State for Social Services, hereby makes the following regulations:—",
