# The Marriage (Authorised Persons) Amendment Regulations 1986, Regulation 1: Citation, commencement and interpretation


(1) These regulations may be cited as the Marriage (Authorised Persons) Amendment Regulations 1986 and shall come into operation on 1st October 1986.
(2) In these regulations “the principal regulations” means the Marriage (Authorised Persons) Regulations 1952.
