Regulation 3 Amendment of regulation 17 of the principal regulations

after sub-paragraph (i) of paragraph (d)^f1 there shall be inserted the following sub-paragraph—

“(iA)

if the previous marriage was annulled, he shall enter the words “Previously married at … on the … Marriage annulled on the …”, together with the particulars of the place and date of the previous marriage and the date of its annulment; or”;

the words “and no further entry shall be made in column 4” shall be omitted in, and shall be inserted after, paragraph (d).
