  "text": "(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Marriage (Authorised Persons) Regulations 2021.\n(2) The following provisions of these Regulations come into force on 4th May 2021—\n(a) this regulation;\n(b) regulation 3 so far as it revokes regulations 3, 5 and 9(1) of the Marriage (Authorised Persons) Regulations 1952.\n(3) The following provisions of these Regulations come into force on 14th May 2021—\n(a) regulation 2;\n(b) regulation 3 so far as it revokes regulation 4 of, and the Schedule to, the Marriage (Authorised Persons) Regulations 1952.\n(4) These Regulations extend to England and Wales.",
