  "text": "Provided always and bee it enacted That all Constables Headboroughs Tythingmen and other his Majesties Officers shall and are hereby required and enjoyned to bee respectively aiding and assisting in the execution of this Act and to obey and execute such Precepts or Warrants as shall bee to them directed in that behalfe by the respective Commissioners hereby appointed or any Two or more of them.",
