  "text": "Where the marriage notice is accompanied by—\n(a) information provided in accordance with section 3A, and\n(b) information and evidence provided in accordance with section 3B,\nthat information and evidence shall also be accompanied by a declaration in writing and signed by the party who makes it that the party believes all of the information and evidence accompanying the notice to be true.",
