REGISTRATION OF BIRTHS, DEATHS, MARRIAGES, ETC. ENGLAND AND WALES
Made 28th February 1995
Laid before Parliament 6th March 1995
Coming into force 1st April 1995
The Secretary of State for Health, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 46A, 46B(2) and 51(1A)(b) of the Marriage Act 1949 and of all other powers enabling her in that behalf, hereby makes the following Regulations:—
