Article 59 Temporary borrowing

(1)

The Authority may borrow temporarily, by way of overdraft or otherwise, such sums of money as the Authority may require for meeting their obligations or discharging their functions under or in pursuance of any enactment.

(2)

The total amount outstanding at any one time of the money so borrowed shall not exceed £300,000.
