Article 62 Application of harbour revenue

Section 17 (application of harbour revenue) of the Maryport Harbour Act 1939 is amended by the insertion after paragraph (5) of—

“(6)

The payment of capital and interest in respect of any borrowing under article 58 or 59 of the Maryport Harbour Revision Order 2007;”.
