Article 82 Repeals

The enactments specified in columns (1) and (2) of Schedule 5 to this Order are repealed to the extent mentioned in column (3) of that Schedule.

(2)

Notwithstanding the repeal of enactments by this Order the Authority may continue and maintain the existing works.
