  "text": "TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT\nMade 13th December 2001\nComing into force 10th January 2002\nWhereas a draft of the following Regulations was laid before Parliament in accordance with section 236(3) of the Employment Rights Act 1996 and approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament:\nNow, therefore, the Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred upon her by section 76(1), (2) and (5) of that Act and of all other powers enabling her in that behalf, hereby makes the following Regulations:—",
