  "text": "TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT\nMade 10th March 1987\nLaid before Parliament 13th March 1987\nComing into force\nRegulations 1 and 4 5th April 1987\nRegulations 2 and 3 6th April 1987\nThe Secretary of State for Social Services, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by sections 84(1) and 89(1) of the Social Security Act 1986 and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, by this instrument, which is made before the end of a period of 12 months from the commencement of those sections, makes the following Regulations:—",
